We offer a 30 day guarantee on all gas scooters and electric. Pocket bikes carry a 7 day warranty. Meaning the scooter is guaranteed to work for 30 days. After that you have to pay for any repairs or parts that are needed. If you receive a scooter that has a problem right out of the box we will send you parts that are needed to fix the scooter. This doesn't happen often but it does happen on occasion. If you have purchased a scooter from a wholesale dealer that sells Scooter X the warranty is valid through them not us.

Refunds: We do not accept refunds once the scooter has been used in any way. Gas poored in it, assembled, etc.. If you want to send back a scooter for a refund it must be 100% new and we will not pay for shipping either way. You are responsible for shipping charges. This is like buying a car, once you sign for it, its yours.
